ABOUT THE ROLE: REP Fitness, a leading innovator in premium strength and fitness equipment, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Vice President (SVP) of Business to Business and Retail Sales. This executive role will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of REP's International Distributor Partnerships, U.S.-based Commercial Fitness Facility sales, and nationwide Retail Showroom strategy. The S enior V ice P resident will be responsible for accelerating growth, strengthening market presence, and building world-class sales operations across multiple channels . ESS ENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned . International Distributor Partnership Growth & Development: Develop and execute a global B2B growth strategy, focusing on building new distributor relationships and optimizing existing partnerships. Define market entry strategies for new regions, ensuring alignment with brand standards and revenue objectives . Establish performance metrics, pricing frameworks, and channel support programs to ensure partner success. Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to localize offerings and optimize global distribution logistics .
U.S.-Based Commercial Fitness Facility Sales: Lead sales growth in commercial fitness markets, including corporate wellness programs, health clubs, performance centers, educational institutions, and hospitality sectors. Build and scale a national commercial sales team, including account executives, sales engineers, and customer success professionals. Develop long-term relationships with key accounts, negotiating high-value contracts and ensuring client satisfaction. Partner with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and sales enablement tools for the commercial segment.
Nationwide Retail Showroom Development: Architect and execute a retail showroom expansion strategy across key U.S. metropolitan markets. Oversee site selection, design, staffing, and operational launch for new retail locations. Integrate retail showrooms into the omnichannel customer experience, enhancing brand presence and sales conversion. Establish performance KPIs, revenue goals, and experience standards for all showrooms.
Leadership & Operational Excellence : Serve as a core member of REP's executive leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategy and decision-making. Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture that emphasizes training, professional development, and results. Develop annual sales forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation plans in collaboration with Finance and Operations. Ensure alignment between B2B, retail, marketing, and supply chain teams to maximize revenue potential and operational efficiency.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role will directly oversee the Director of Retail and Business to Business Sales and will provide strategic leadership and operational support to the commercial, retail, Business Development team s , and international channels. The position will also collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and teams as needed to drive organizational goals and ensure alignment across all sales-related initiatives.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred. 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 7 years in a senior executive role. Proven track record of international distribution growth, national commercial sales leadership, and/or retail expansion in fitness, sporting goods, or related industries. Deep understanding of B2B and retail sales cycles, global market dynamics, and omnichannel strategies. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop top-performing teams. Experience with P&L management, large-scale project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
