As a Senior Specialist, Retail Activation you will serve as a strategic partner to the PCC team, leading the development and execution of in-store programs and promotional events that drive customer engagement and elevate the brand experience. Acting as the primary connector between cross-functional teams, vendors, and field leaders, you will influence national campaigns at the store level, ensure flawless execution, and provide critical insights to continuously optimize future initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead Campaign Execution: Oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and implementation of national and seasonal in-store marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company priorities and brand standards.
• Event Strategy & Coordination: Develop and lead complex logistics for high-impact in-store events and demos (e.g., adoption days, product launches), serving as the subject matter expert for executional excellence.
• Field Enablement: Drive adoption and utilization of marketing tools and training resources across store teams; assess needs and create scalable solutions to improve execution consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, merchandising, field leadership) and external vendors to ensure campaign readiness and alignment with business goals.
• Insights & Reporting: Lead analysis of in-store activation effectiveness through tools like StorIQ; deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations for program enhancements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline store activation workflows and increase speed-to-market.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (required)
• Minimum 68 years of relevant experience in retail marketing, operations, or event management, with demonstrated experience leading complex projects independently
• Proven track record of cross-functional project leadership and vendor coordination in a fast-paced retail or multi-unit environment
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills; adept at managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with strong storytelling and reporting capabilities
• Experience with executional tools such as StorIQ or equivalent field enablement platforms
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically

Work environment: This is a hybrid role with some travel for events or store visits. You may occasionally lift or move promotional items or displays.
