What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Administer, configure, and maintain the organization’s Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) platform - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including systems failures and performance bottlenecks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable system architecture - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members - Implement and enforce security best practices to safeguard systems and data

What is Required (Qualifications): - BS/BA or equivalent work experience - 8+ years' experience in a software engineering role specializing in site reliability or similar technology environment - Proven experience managing or supporting end-to-end revenue processes, including contract review and billing - Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle EBS platform and connected applications - Strong proficiency in scripting and/or programming languages

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience programming in and administering Oracle RMCS instances - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory guidelines - Additional experience supporting Oracle Cloud and EBS modules - Technical confidence and familiarity with DevOps tools - Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines
