The BSA/QA will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, create and execute test cases, and document results. Key responsibilities include: Gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and functional specifications. Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. Designing and implementing software solutions that meet business needs. Developing test plans, creating test cases, and executing manual tests, including functional, system integration, regression, and UAT testing. Using JIRA for test case management and defect tracking. Creating comprehensive documentation such as process flows and user guides. Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. Communicating project status and impacts to stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have experience in Agile/Scrum environments, strong communication skills, and proficiency in testing methodologies and tools like JIRA.
