Job Summary

As a Sr. Barista, you have exceeded the expectations and requirements of a Barista. Assist in the development of new and existing barista training as well as support overall operations to allow for a more structured and consistent work environment. Helps coordinates staff activities to serve customers at Starbucks in accordance with corporate standards. Ensure positive service through timely execution of customer's orders, production of quality products and proper cash handling. Assists management with set up and training of special promotions. Performs computer-related activities as required.
