In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to oversee staffing, merchandising, and the overall operations of our Seasonal Store. Your key responsibilities include: Ensuring top-notch Guest Services Helping to develop and train staff Controlling expenses and shrinkage Maintaining effective merchandising and inventory control This position requires a minimum age of 18 and a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the role. Physical duties include standing and walking for over 8 hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving items up to 50 pounds. Previous retail management experience is a must.
