* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs. * Conduct engaging therapy sessions that foster communication skills in children under seven. * Collaborate with families to provide guidance and strategies for supporting progress at home. * Monitor and document each child's progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. * Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to therapy. * Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case studies and share insights. * Stay updated with the latest research and techniques in speech-language pathology to enhance therapy outcomes.

Qualifications:
