Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the 2026/2027 school year at a school located in Fairfield, ME. This contract role offers an opportunity to work on site with a caseload consisting of students from kindergarten through fifth grade.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting speech and language assessments and evaluations.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication needs.
Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly.
Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification (SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLP-CFY).
Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
