As a full-time Retail Sales Associate, you’ll engage with customers in an environment focused on achieving your sales potential and ensuring customer satisfaction. This isn't just an entry-level retail role; regardless of your experience, you can earn a competitive base pay of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with the potential for up to $16,000 in annual individual-based commissions if you meet your sales goals. Outstanding performers can earn over $14,500 more through commissions, leading to total annual earnings exceeding $65,000 to $73,500. Compensation will vary based on your location, hours, and performance. What We’re Looking For... A high school diploma or GED. One or more years of relevant experience, ideally in sales or customer service. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with schedules provided four weeks in advance. A readiness to pick up additional shifts, especially during peak times. Even better if you have: Experience in a commission-based environment. A proven track record in sales and customer solutions. Prior customer service experience.
