Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused, hands-on Site Support Representative to support one of our largest partners, Senior Aerospace Ketema. This role is based full-time at the customer's manufacturing facility in El Cajon, CA and involves a mix of customer service, inventory support, order and quote processing, and warehouse duties.
This is not a typical office position. Stellar operates an on-site office and warehouse inside the customer's facility. The Site Support person will spend much of hte day in the office, on the shop floor, in the warehouse area, and working directly with customer employees to make sure they have the products they need when they need them.
Success in this role comes from being helpful, responsive, organized, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support the customer and keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide excellent day-to-day customer service to on-site customer personnel Serve as the primary on-site contact for product requests, order status, and general questions Enter customer orders and quotes accurately into the ERP system Pull, receive, stock, and organize the inventory in the on-site warehouse Deliver product to customer departments within the facility as needed Restock vending machines and inventory locations throughout the facility Monitor customer inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Assist with cycle counts and inventory organization Expedite orders and follow up on backorders Coordinate with Stellar customer service, purchasing, and warehouse teams as needed Follow all customer facility rules, safety procedures, and on-site guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and professional on-site workspace Perform other duties as assigned to support the customer and Stellar operations Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude Good communication and relationship-building skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently in a customer facility Basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Teams Ability to learn inventory systems, vending machines, and warehouse processes Reliable, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and interact with production personnel Ability to lift, slide and move packages that typically weigh 25lb - 50lbs and on occasion up to 75lbs Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience 2-3 years of relevant customer service, warehouse, inventory, or industrial environment experience preferred Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing facility, or industrial distributor is a plus
Physical Demands:
Light to moderate physical effort that including frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, stocking and moving inventory throughout the facility.
Work Environment:
Work is performed inside a manufacturing facility and warehouse environment with moderate, predictable hazards. Proper safety procedures and PPE must be followed at all times.
