Your Role as a Shift Supervisor
As a Shift Supervisor / Customer Experience Specialist , you'll be pivotal in daily operations, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction while leading the team during shifts. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Engagement : Greet customers, answer inquiries, promote our unlimited wash memberships, and educate new customers about our wide array of wash options and services.
Operations & Safety : Guide vehicles through the wash tunnel, prepare vehicles, and monitor equipment ensuring efficient and safe operations.
Team Leadership : Serve as a key holder responsible for opening and closing procedures, leading staff in the absence of the Assistant Site Leader or Site Leader.
Attention to Detail : Conduct vehicle checks, maintain our "Sparkle Assurance" standards, and guarantee each wash meets and exceeds customer expectations.
Whistle Express offers multiple paths for career advancement. Dedicated Shift Supervisors can progress to roles like Assistant Site Leader, Site Leader, or into specialized positions such as Trainer or Maintenance Technician.
