Your Role as a Shift Supervisor
As a Shift Supervisor / Customer Experience Specialist , you will be instrumental in daily operations, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction while guiding the team during shifts. Here's an overview of your responsibilities:
Customer Engagement : Welcome customers, answer inquiries, promote our unlimited wash memberships, and educate new customers on our array of wash options and services.
Operations & Safety : Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, prep vehicles, and oversee equipment to maintain smooth, safe, and efficient operations.
Team Leadership : Serve as a key holder responsible for opening and closing procedures, leading staff in the absence of the Assistant Site Leader or Site Leader.
Attention to Detail : Perform vehicle checks, uphold our 'Sparkle Assurance' standards, and ensure each wash exceeds customer expectations.
Whistle Express offers multiple paths for career advancement. Dedicated Shift Supervisors can advance to roles such as Assistant Site Leader, Site Leader, or take on specialized positions like Trainer or Maintenance Technician.
