Training Crew Members in operational and service behaviors Supervising Crew in service, cleanliness and food quality behaviors to ensure we meet the needs of our Guests Executing cost control systems Having a “Can-Do” Attitude when working as part of the Team Sound intriguing? Here are a few basic qualifications to apply for this job. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old with one year of fast food/QSR supervisory experience . Reliable transportation, demonstrated problem solving and multi-tasking skills, and most importantly, the ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast paced environment are also a must.
