Operations Managers are the Aces among all team members and are responsible for shift management, running shift operations as well as overseeing team member efforts and activities in order to achieve desired goals. Operations Managers ensure operational excellence throughout the restaurant by directing Team Members to perform their checklists and other tasks at ever-increasing levels of proficiency and efficiency. They also guarantee that every Team Member is demonstrating Remarkable Experiences all day, every day. Operations Managers create the daily setup sheet, define Team Member placement, and ensure all Team Members are completing assigned responsibilities per the positional checklists. Operations Managers are responsible for ensuring an exceptionally smooth, highly efficient shift.Operations Managers will be scheduled for a 3-day workweek and must have availability on Monday/Wednesday/Friday OR Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. We're providing a unique opportunity to work full-time or part-time while only working 3 days per week, leaving you 4 days each week (including 2-day weekends!) to enjoy/pursue your other passions in life! Full time team members will work an average of 12 - 13 hours per day. Part time team members will work an average of 4 - 6 hours per day. Opening (5:30am) and/or closing (11:30pm) availability will be required. We are currently hiring for the Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday (Team Spicy) schedule; closing availability is needed. Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentHard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skillsBe of strong values, ethics & integrityPrevious leadership experience with solid employment longevity, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industryFood service experience is preferredProven excellence in carrying out duties and responsibilitiesDriven, results-orientedNot known to be timid, nervous, quiet, or slow to actKnown for taking action, building consensus, influential, & purposefulUniform Policy:Face, neck and hand tattoos are not allowed, no exceptions - other tattoos will need to be covered during your shiftNo ear gauges or facial piercings allowed other than one stud in the noseFacial hair, other than a neatly trimmed mustache, is not allowed. Sideburns must be trimmed to be no longer than the bottom of the earlobe and be consistent with the sides from top to bottom.No unnatural hair colors (pink, green, blue, etc.)Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues or complaints.
