What you bring to the table: A minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role within the food service or retail sector, ideally in a quick serve restaurant (QSR). Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate restaurant needs and customer demands. Physical ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects, stand and walk continuously throughout shifts, and navigate compact spaces safely while operating restaurant equipment. The position of Shift Manager offers competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise. Specific compensation will depend on various factors including skills, experience, and location. The expected starting wage ranges for new hires in this position are as follows: $13.00 to $21.40 per hour in various geographic areas. State of Maryland: $17.00 to $19.00.
