Are you a natural leader with a passion for fast-paced, high-energy restaurant work? Steve’s Black Sabbath BBQ is seeking a reliable, experienced Shift Lead to help guide our crew and uphold the top-tier standards that set us apart. We're a bold, South Texas-inspired BBQ joint committed to efficiency, quality, and no-BS teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
· • Supervise shift operations and lead by example
· • Support front and back-of-house teams during service
· • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards are met
· • Handle guest needs with professionalism and urgency
· • Communicate clearly with management about staffing, flow, and issues
· • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Who You Are:
· • Responsible and dependable — we don’t tolerate slackers
· • Energetic and focused, even under pressure
· • Experienced in restaurant or food service settings
· • Confident directing others and holding your crew accountable
· • Able to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
