We are looking for a passionate leader with previous food/retail management experience to help us run the best store in the Häagen-Dazs community.

As Shift Leader, some of your core activities will include:

• Develop and motivate employees to make them capable of meeting the shop's objectives
• Provide necessary training for employees to develop skills
• Ensure that all shop operations run smoothly and that product quality, food safety, sanitation, safe environment, and guest satisfaction standards are met

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Prior customer service experience required
• Prior management experience required
