ServiceNow Platform Manager

Exiger is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Manager to lead the strategic direction, governance, and hands-on administration of our ServiceNow environment. This role will oversee the platform’s development lifecycle—from design and implementation to optimization and maintenance—ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with Exiger’s business needs and technology roadmap. The ideal candidate is both a technical leader and a strategic platform owner, capable of translating business objectives into scalable ServiceNow capabilities. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow modules including TPSM, SPM, and SOM.
Define and maintain platform governance, architecture standards, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals.
Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Manage upgrades, patches, and releases while minimizing disruption to operations.
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across IT and business workflows.
Mentor and guide administrators and developers supporting the platform.
Monitor performance, ensure data integrity, and maintain system documentation.
Establishes and enforces governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for the platform. Operationalize business requirements within the platform with along with strategic roadmap planning Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Highly Preferred
ITIL Certification – Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Optional
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Optional Desired Skills & Experience Proven experience managing or developing within enterprise ServiceNow environments.
Deep understanding of TPSM, SPM, and SOM modules.
Strong technical foundation in workflow automation, scripting, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Experience defining platform roadmaps, governance, and operational excellence.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
