Sarasota Ford is seeking a motivated and friendly Service Greeter/Porter to join our team. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for our service department customers. The successful candidate will help maintain an organized and efficient workflow, ensuring that all customers are greeted warmly, and directed to the appropriate service areas. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses a passion for the automotive industry, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Greet customers promptly and welcome them into our service department Assist customers in finding the service advisor assigned to them Move and park vehicles safely in the service lot Keep the service drive area clean and well organized Manage the flow of traffic on the service drive Document and inspect vehicles for any damage before moving them Assist with arranging shuttle service or alternative transportation for customers Provide additional customer support as needed Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance Ability to operate a wide range of vehicles safely Strong organizational skills Effective communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
