The Opportunity
We are establishing a pool of suitable candidates to fill upcoming Level 3 Service Delivery Support Officer positions across our business units, including:
Infringement Services
Vehicle Services
Driver Services
On-demand Transport
As a Service Delivery Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily team operations and resolving complex customer service issues. You’ll be responsible for training and mentoring staff, applying relevant legislation and policies and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to service improvements through data analysis and quality assurance. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 18 months from date of first appointment.
