North Hills Country Club is currently seeking Servers to join our seasonal team. Servers are responsible for the set-up, execution, and breakdown of all events as well as regular dining service. We are looking for passionate mature people that are team driven, , detail oriented, and learn quickly. Hours of operation require availability nights, weekends, and holidays. If you enjoy working in a dynamic and ever-improving organization with a committed change-oriented team, then we look forward to you joining our team at North Hills! • Set-up buffets per standards and replenish as necessary. • Serve plated meals to members and their guests following proper procedures. • Open wine, take drink orders, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. (servers only) • Clear dirty dishes from tables. • Communicate effectively with Events Manager, Management, and fellow coworkers. • Must be a team player and demonstrate organizational skills. • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence. • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. • Physical labor includes moving chairs, setting up tables, placing linens, and rearranging patio furniture. • Excellent verbal and telephone skills to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with our members. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• No previous experience is necessary; we will train the right person for the position. • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
