Poki Bowl in Wilmington, NC is looking for a motivated, self-driven, and reliable Team Member to join our growing team. We're a fast-casual restaurant focused on fresh, high-quality ingredients and excellent customer service. At Poki Bowl, everyone chips in – whether it’s making bowls, working the register, or handling dishes, we do it together.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble poké bowls
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
• Handle transactions and operate the register
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
• Support your team with any back-of-house or front-of-house duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Experience as a server, cashier, or in food service is a plus but not required
