Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Fairmont Standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working. Comply at all times with Fairmont standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. Set up all tables in the dining room for appropriate shift. Prepare iced tea, coffee, espresso, juice, hot chocolate. Stock necessary equipment, including linen, china, glasses, cutlery, and supplies to maintain proper meal period table settings. Maintain proper settings on tables during course of shift. Clear tables quickly and efficiently upon completion of courses. Complete cleaning duties utilizing corporate SOP checklist. (dusting, sweeping, wiping, polishing, etc.)

Qualifications
Mix of morning, day, and evening shifts Full availability required for this role, for any shifts as needed Long hours sometimes may be required. Heavy work Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly. Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations. Must be able to maintain a level or organization and cleanliness.
