WHAT TO EXPECT AS A SERVER ASSISTANT

A positive attitude and a focus on customer service are your keys to success in this entry-level role. You're the bridge between our front- and back-of-house, communicating information between restaurant customers and kitchen staff. As customers place food orders, you communicate them to the chef and then deliver the food from the kitchen once it's ready.
