We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. This role works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks, ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting the overall efficiency of the warehouse. The Senior Warehouse Associate also serves as a key point of support for higher-level responsibilities within the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; ensure items are stored correctly. Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders with accuracy and efficiency. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory counts; assist with cycle counts and reconciliations. Follow and enforce safety protocols, reporting hazards or unsafe practices immediately. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly. Support Warehouse Manager with higher-level tasks such as: Organizing workflow and prioritizing daily tasks. Training and mentoring junior warehouse staff. Assisting with audits, reporting, and process improvements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. Qualifications 2-4 years of warehouse or logistics experience (lead or senior role preferred). Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory practices, and safety standards. Ability to operate warehouse equipment; forklift certification a plus. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Basic computer skills; experience with warehouse management systems preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods. Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions.
