Lead the strategy and execution of all compliance training initiatives, including needs assessment, curriculum development, delivery methods, and evaluation of effectiveness.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of compliance training materials utilizing various formats (e.g., eLearning modules, videos, interactive simulations, in-person sessions, gamification) to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
Stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
Partner with subject matter experts across the organization to develop and deliver specialized compliance training programs.
Leverage technology such as LMS, microlearning platforms, VR tools, and data analytics to enhance learning experiences and track progress.
Develop and implement creative communication strategies to promote compliance awareness and encourage employee participation in training programs.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate return on investment.
Collaborate with Compliance leadership to identify and mitigate compliance risks through targeted training interventions.
Compensation Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California: $159,000 - $215,000
Southern California: $142,000 - $192,500
Washington DC: $132,500 - $179,500
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. We also prioritize pay equity across ethnicity and gender categories.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Education, Instructional Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering compliance training programs.
Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with LMS and eLearning authoring tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Passion for technology and innovation in learning.
Visionary mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with emerging learning technologies such as VR, AI, and gamification.
Certifications in compliance, instructional design, or related fields.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn and improve.
Strong team-player qualities, relationship-building skills, and empathy.
Ability to independently manage significant workloads and cross-company projects.
