What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Law, Business, Education, Instructional Design) or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering compliance training programs.
Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Passion for technology and its application to enhance learning.
Visionary mindset with a desire to innovate and continuously improve training programs.Bonus Points:
Experience with emerging learning technologies (e.g., VR, AI, gamification).
Certifications in compliance, instructional design, or related fields.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

How you will lead
Lead the strategy and execution of all compliance training initiatives. This includes needs assessment, curriculum development, delivery methods, and evaluation of effectiveness.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of compliance training materials utilizing a variety of formats (e.g., eLearning modules, videos, interactive simulations, in-person sessions, gamification) to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
Stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure training content is current and relevant.
Partner with subject matter experts across the organization to develop and deliver specialized compliance training programs.
Leverage technology to enhance the learning experience. This could include learning management systems (LMS), microlearning platforms, virtual reality (VR) tools, and data analytics to track progress and measure impact.
Develop and implement creative communication strategies to promote compliance awareness and encourage employee participation in training programs.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate return on investment.
Collaborate with Compliance leadership to identify and mitigate compliance risks through targeted training interventions.

Bay Area California $159,000 - $215,000
Southern California $142,000 - $192,500
Washington DC $132,500 - $179,500This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
