We align product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to exceed the expectations of our customers. You will be responsible for leading projects and developing processes that enable us to measure and improve performance resulting in improved customer satisfaction. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for: + Planning and organize strategic programs at the organization level, across multiple groups. + Identifying, assessing and mitigating risks arising from a variety of situations including those that arise from dependencies between groups. + Driving program core teams, partnering closely with cross-functional teams of Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support to define, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that meet customer needs. + Using project management methodologies and best practices to ensure the successful delivery of products, projects, and releases. + Recognizing when new processes would be beneficial and establish them. + Working with tool teams to implement new or updated tools in support of team or business processes. + Creating well-crafted messages to build consensus and/or enhance collaboration both inside and outside of the division. **Do what you love** To be successful in this role you will: + Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree in program/project management or its equivalent + Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Google products + Experience in Identifying and managing project dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestone + Experience with business process, operations, and metric definition best practices + Experience with Risk and Issue management and resolution + Have great Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment + Able to analyze workload and communicate technical issues to senior stakeholders of varying technical ability + Have proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget while communicating with key senior leaders **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best can vary for each person.
