As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for: + Planning and organize strategic programs at the organization level, across multiple groups. + Identifying, assessing and mitigating risks arising from a variety of situations including those that arise from dependencies between groups. + Driving program core teams, partnering closely with cross-functional teams of Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support to define, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that meet customer needs. + Using project management methodologies and best practices to ensure the successful delivery of products, projects, and releases. + Recognizing when new processes would be beneficial and establish them. + Working with tool teams to implement new or updated tools in support of team or business processes. + Creating well-crafted messages to build consensus and/or enhance collaboration both inside and outside of the division. **Do what you love** To be successful in this role you will: + Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree in program/project management or its equivalent + Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Google products + Experience in Identifying and managing project dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestone + Experience with business process, operations, and metric definition best practices + Experience with Risk and Issue management and resolution + Have great Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment + Able to analyze workload and communicate technical issues to senior stakeholders of varying technical ability + Have proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget while communicating with key senior leaders **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best can vary for each person.
