As a Senior Technical Architect focused on intelligent document processing (IDP), content management, and business process management (BPM), you will be a key player in our innovative team. This role blends strong development skills with architectural insight, where you will design scalable document lifecycle automation solutions, implement cutting-edge technologies, and consult with clients to translate business needs into actionable outcomes. Your Role Includes: Technical Leadership: Provide architectural oversight on IDP and analyze workflows to design automation solutions. AI/ML Implementations: Integrate OCR and NLP components, and apply machine learning models for intelligent document processing. Custom Development: Develop scripts and connectors using C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, and SQL. Integration Expertise: Create secure, scalable integrations with platforms like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and SAP. Required Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of OCR and document automation tools such as Tesseract, Azure AI Document Intelligence, and GCP Document AI. Background in AI-powered document automation, including NLP and ML. Proficiency in JavaScript, C# / .NET, Python, and SQL. Experience in integrating enterprise content repositories and using platforms for workflow automation. Ideal Candidate Profile: A hands-on problem solver with a technical utility mindset. Strong ability to collaborate directly with clients and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Enjoy tackling automation challenges and simplifying complexities. Willingness to travel up to 50% to support client engagements. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
