Position Overview: The Senior Salesforce Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining a robust and scalable application architecture within the organization. This role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand technical requirements, develop effective solutions, and ensure the security and performance of our application ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to explore emerging technologies and provide strategic technical guidance to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute architectural strategies that align with project goals. Lead and supervise architectural initiatives across projects or designated areas. Develop architectural designs and solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices. Mentor and guide junior and senior architects in their project tasks and professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient architectural solutions. Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools that enhance application processes. Conduct architecture and design reviews, identifying gaps and recommending crucial improvements. Actively engage with the Architecture community to drive modernization initiatives while considering the complexities of our IT landscape. Required Qualifications: 5+ years experience in solution architecture or a similar role. 7+ years of design and development experience in Salesforce, Java, .Net, or other contemporary tech stacks. Strong communication skills to share information effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. Proactively develop and document best practices and identify technical gaps. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (Azure, GCP, Snowflake) and their associated services. Facilitate the adoption of cloud-native architectures. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce/Health Cloud enterprise implementations. Certification in one or more cloud platforms (Salesforce, GCP, Azure, AWS). Experience in large-scale migration from legacy to modern technologies. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required. A Master's Degree in a related field is preferred. Compensation: The typical pay range for this role is $106,605.00 - $260,590.00 annually, based on experience and education. Additional incentive programs and potential equity awards are also available.
