Skechers IT Senior Retail Systems Analyst As a member of SKECHERS USA, Inc's IT team, this person will be responsible for the support and enhancement of the Skechers Retail technology worldwide. The Skechers IT Senior Retail Systems Analyst conducts analysis and manages IT and technology projects. The ideal candidate has experience in project management, requirements analysis, system support and troubleshooting, testing, documentation and training. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Develop, maintain, and implement comprehensive project plans Coordinate project team efforts and facilitate task prioritization Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams Requirements Analysis and Documentation: Research initiatives and explore options for implementation Understand, document, and represent business and technical requirements Create Agile user stories and define clear acceptance criteria Create, maintain, and schedule operational reporting System Support and Troubleshooting: Support POS registers and mobile devices in the production environment Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot data distribution processes Act as a primary troubleshooting resource to document and escalate issues Analyze and improve systems monitoring and alerting capabilities User Training and Testing: Write and maintain comprehensive system and procedural documentation Provide end-user support and training as needed Support QA, Marketing, and Store Operations teams in the test environment Test technology from both front-end and back-end perspectives Additional: Maintain a flexible work schedule, including on-call availability during evenings and weekends as needed Perform other duties as assigned by management Job Requirements Hard Skills: Experience with retail POS systems Oracle Xstore v22+ International experience with payment platforms and e-invoicing requirements Experience with retail store technology e.g. label applications, traffic count, cameras Experience in Agile SDLC scrum master experience is a plus Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence Proficiency using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word Experience with Microsoft SQL Server SSRS is a plus Experience with unique issues and needs of technology projects Experience with Aptos Audit & Operations Management is a plus Proficiency in foreign languages Portuguese is a plus Soft Skills: Must be able to lead without exerting authority Must possess a natural curiosity about a variety of topics including a strong desire to learn about business and IT processes and culture Self-managing with a proactive approach in all aspects of communications and overall project management skills Proven ability to work well with technical and non-technical resources Proven excellence in business writing skills and in taking meeting notes Must have refined interpersonal skills and able to work with management and staff in IT and Business Units Proven team player in difficult situations Able to identify issues (potential or immediate), document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary Demonstrated resourcefulness and creativity in solving issues, conflicts and negotiations Demonstrated ability to identify, describe and manage risks in a proactive manner Self-directed and can create structure and provide direction, even in situations that lack clarity Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred 10+ years of experience in Retail IT in Systems Analyst position Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
