Overview Senior Retail Project Manager My client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing complex projects across multiple sectors, with budgets exceeding $10 million. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee projects from conception through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial construction projects across sectors including retail, education, healthcare, office, and grocery. Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets exceeding $10 million. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Mentor and guide project teams to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and/or 15+ years of relevant project management experience. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale commercial projects ($10M+). Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Experience across multiple commercial sectors (retail, education, healthcare, office, grocery). Proven ability to lead complex teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
