We are looking for an experienced teller with account opening experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. As a Senior Retail Banker for our Fishers Office, you will: Provide outstanding, prompt, friendly, and professional customer service. Open and maintain checking, savings, and certificate of deposit accounts. Process teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks. Identify client needs and refer appropriate bank products and services, including loans and investment services. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately. Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Act as a backup to the Retail Banking Officer as needed. Support the professional development of team members and contribute to a positive work environment. As a new employee, you will receive extensive training at our Lake City University located in Warsaw, Indiana. Our Retail Banker Schools set a foundation for success and equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in your career.

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 12+ months banking experience required. Proficiency in account opening and teller transactions. Strong understanding of bank accounting transactions and compliance. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills. Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM (Work 2 or 3 Saturdays per month)
