Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all aspects of construction on K-12 Project Oversee projects completion, leading quality assurance, cost management, procurement and conflict management activities Lead cross-functional teams of superintendents, subcontractors and vendors, and support Senior Team members across the overall construction program Oversee RFI, submittal, change order, and billing processes Conduct scheduling and financial planning to ensure projects on time and on budget delivery Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Program
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field 3+ years experience as a Senior Project Manager Experience in managing K-12 projects Experience in construction management as owners representative 5+ years experience in managing commercial projects exceeding 20 million USD in value
