Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure Construction at Persons Services Corp. Location: Houston, TX. Build Legacy. Lead with Integrity. Grow with Purpose. We are seeking a high-impact Senior Project Manager with specialized expertise in site/civil/infrastructure and utility construction to lead complex projects across the Greater Houston market. This is a leadership role with potential to grow into a senior position within our Infrastructure Group.

Key Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle for complex civil builds—from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables for critical infrastructure projects
Develop, modify, and provide strategic input to detailed project plans that achieve ambitious project objectives
Coordinate with preconstruction and estimating teams during seamless project hand-off processes
Implement comprehensive project plans ensuring coordination and integration of all project activities across multiple disciplines
Lead, manage, and administer project resources with exceptional efficiency and strategic oversight
Develop and manage CPM schedules using MS Project, P6, or related tools with proactive risk identification
Monitor project activities and resources, proactively identifying risks and obstacles while implementing corrective action plans
Oversee cost tracking, change management, and forecasting to optimize financial performance and ensure budget control
Implement and maintain robust quality control processes ensuring work consistently meets established standards
Champion problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement as challenges arise
Participate in phase, milestone, and final project reviews to assess and enhance project performance
Maintain comprehensive documentation including RFIs, change orders, permits, and contract deliverables
Build and nurture relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and project stakeholders
Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and maintain transparent stakeholder communications
Drive safety culture with regular audits, corrective actions, and unwavering commitment to our safety standards
Mentor and motivate team members while fostering leadership development across the organization
Proactively plan ahead ensuring all project submittals are completed on time with systematic tracking
Maintain accurate internal and external project reporting with attention to detail and transparency

Ideal Candidate Profile
10+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale civil infrastructure and utility construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
Proven expertise in civil utility construction, underground infrastructure, and industrial construction projects
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across multiple concurrent projects with exceptional results
Deep knowledge of contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and complex field operations
Strong grasp of construction technologies and tools (Procore required, Microsoft Project/P6, SharePoint, etc.)
Exceptional communicator, relationship-builder, and strategic problem solver
Highly organized with exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong understanding of construction terminology, scheduling, and planning concepts with proven leadership abilities
Proactive, solution-focused professional who addresses challenges effectively in fast-paced environments
