Senior Project Manager

Theyre looking to add a Senior Project Manager in Atlanta whos ready to take the lead on some of their most visible and challenging projects.

What Youll Be Doing: Running your own work - from precon to closeout. Leading project teams with clarity and accountability. Youll mentor assistant PMs and collaborate tightly with seasoned superintendents. Managing schedules, budgets, owner expectations, and subcontractors with a no-drama, results-first mindset. Communicating directly with clients, design teams, and leadership - youre the face of the job. Making critical decisions in real-time and backing them up with experience and foresight. What They're Looking For: 8+ years of commercial construction experience, including as lead PM on $10M-$50M+ projects. Hands-on background with vertical construction. Solid understanding of contract negotiation, buyout, risk management, and forecasting. Professional, direct communicator who earns trust with clients and trades.
