Senior Project Manager, Adobe Experience Cloud

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including AEM, AEP, Workfront, Analytics, and Target. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project execution, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of Adobe solutions. This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of marketing technology to drive digital transformation initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Define project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, development teams, and Adobe consultants
Manage and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and constraints to ensure smooth execution
Track project progress, report key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate updates to stakeholders
Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables
Oversee resource allocation and team coordination to optimize project efficiency
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
Ensure compliance with best practices, governance policies, and industry regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
Drive user adoption, change management, and training initiatives for Adobe Experience Cloud products
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Strong expertise in Managing Adobe Experience Cloud projects, including AEM, AEP (CDP, CJA), Workfront, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target
Proven experience managing team across different timezones
Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate across business and technical teams
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage risks, and drive cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery
7–12 years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years managing Adobe Experience Cloud projects
Proven expertise in delivering MarTech, CMS, and data-driven marketing solutions for enterprise clients
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
NICE TO HAVE
Experience managing project budgets and optimizing resource allocation
Broader knowledge of Adobe Campaign, Marketo, and other Adobe solutions
PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe Agile certifications preferred
Adobe Experience Cloud certifications (AEM, AEP, Workfront, Analytics, Target) are a plus

The target range of base compensation for this role is $100,000 - $190,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
