Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity * At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management * At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of product managers * Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: + A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) + A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration * Experience translating business and/or data strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products. * Deep understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management. * Experience with large-scale data platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, or real-time data streaming technologies. * Proven ability to define and drive multi-year product roadmaps. * Experience collaborating with product managers, data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers as both data producers, and consumers.Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
