Senior Logistics Planning Manager

We're seeking a proactive, forward-thinking Senior Logistics Planning Manager to lead the strategy behind global product movement. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global logistics strategy to ensure efficient product flow across the supply chain. Financial Ownership: Collaborate with Finance and leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. Operational Excellence: Define KPIs, analyze data to identify bottlenecks, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships and negotiations with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs. Scalable Systems: Improve processes, compliance, and data accuracy to support growth. Team Development: Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing logistics team focused on collaboration and results. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field 5+ years of logistics experience in a dynamic, multi-channel environment Expertise in international freight, warehouse coordination, and vendor management Strong analytical and financial skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Domo) Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, resourceful mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
