Position Summary
In this role, you will lead the development of our emotional wellness benefit strategy and manage emotional wellness programs offered to CVS Health colleagues. The candidate for this role will have had experience with a large corporate Benefits plan leading strategy and driving program execution and implementation.
The ideal candidate will identify solutions to program issues and make proactive recommendations for improvement. This position requires critical thinking and analytical skills as well as fluency in emotional wellness and life management programs. This individual will also vendor manage service providers for assigned programs. This position supports senior leaders of the HR Benefits team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive wellbeing programs that address the emotional, mental, and physical health of colleagues
Lead initiatives to promote work-life balance and life management skills, including time management, stress reduction, and personal development
Apply data from colleague surveys of workplace culture and colleague wellbeing to inform and improve programs and initiatives
Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events focused on wellbeing and workplace culture
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on matters related to emotional wellbeing and workplace culture
Oversee Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and Behavioral Health programs to ensure colleagues have access to necessary support services
Contribute to and review benefits communications and plan documents
Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively with other HR teams including Shared Services, Vendor Management, Communications, Finance, and Legal
Manage vendor relationships
Identify, analyze, and address service issues; recommend and implement short- and long-term solutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on colleague wellbeing, life management, and/or workplace culture
Minimum of 1 year of formal or informal leadership work experience
Willingness to travel up to 10% (including airplane)
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material to successfully drive decisions and strategy implementation
Experience in identifying, designing, recommending, and implementing innovative well-being solutions for complex health care benefit plans
Strong understanding of mental health and wellbeing principles
Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive program improvements
Experience with employee assistance programs (EAPs) and other wellbeing resources
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in workplace wellbeing and culture
Skilled at developing emotional Wellness strategies
Ability and courage to contribute to blue-sky strategy discussions and make recommendations
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalant work experience required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
