We are hiring a Senior Manager with expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and broader commercial excellence to support our Retail business, delivering top-tier RGM strategies across the consumer goods sector.

How You Will Create An Impact Lead retail strategy engagements, delivering value-based outcomes and contributing to company culture.
Manage client projects, ensuring high-quality analysis and insights.
Bring expertise in pricing, promotion, assortment, consumer segmentation, loyalty programs, and omnichannel strategies.
Guide project planning, execution, and team development.
Build trusted advisory relationships with senior clients.
Identify new business opportunities and support thought leadership.
Manage multiple projects, oversee research and analysis, and deliver client-ready presentations.
Play an active role in recruiting and developing team members.
Your Profile Driven, determined, and eager to grow within a top-tier consulting firm.
Strong knowledge and passion for the Consumer sector, especially Retail.
Undergraduate degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
7+ years of experience in management consulting or related fields in the Consumer/Retail industry.
Proven expertise in growth strategies, segmentation, pricing, marketing, distribution, and sales.
Strong analytical and communication skills with a record of managing complex projects and teams.
Excellent relationship-building skills with senior clients.
Existing network within North American Retail industry preferred.
Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
