About the Team & Business Line: Retail Alternative Funds is Citcos key growth area and is a focus to extend our service offering into the registered fund space for our alternative asset clients. As a core member of our Fund Accounting Registered Funds team, you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Responsibilities Your Role: You will provide daily support to our clients and their investors, distributors and third parties by performing the following tasks in a proactive and customer centric manner: Review subscription agreements Follow up with investors on missing documentation Complete KYC and AML on investors Carry out investor transfers and name changes Maintain electronic and physical investor records Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned Prepare daily cash reconciliation for various accounts Produce Statements, Distributions and correspondence Update all contacts information in all systems Assist with the appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls

Qualifications About You: You have 2-4 years experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services area Bachelors Degree in Business or related field Demonstrated strong client relationship experience Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written Proficient with all MS Office applications.
