This is an exciting internal opportunity to work closely with the BDS Engineering HR Director and VP/Chief Engineer, influence enterprise talent strategy, and drive innovative people programs across a world-class defense and space organization. This position will also maintain a business partner client group. This position can be located in Everett, WA; Tukwila, WA; El Segundo, CA; Mesa, AZ; Berkeley, MO; Huntsville, AL; Titusville, FL or Ridley Park, PA.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy integrated talent and organizational initiatives that advance BDS Engineering objectives.
Advise the HR Director and senior engineering executives on developmental moves, integration, and talent decisions.
Lead talent management processes, People Council operations, standard HR scorecards, and quarterly leadership reviews.
Integrate talent strategy, metrics, and engagement across the engineering function and align with enterprise HR Centers of Excellence.
Partner with business and functional HRBPs on succession planning, talent reviews, and organizational efficiency projects.
Project-manage HR elements of integration and operational improvement initiatives across large stakeholder groups.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience implementing HR programs, policies and processes
5+ years of experience applying business acumen to link HR strategies with business outcomes
5+ years of experience influencing and building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
5+ years of experience leading strategy creation or execution and managing projects
5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
HR certification (PHR/SPHR or equivalent)
Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in a large organization

Summary pay range: $103,700 - $163,750
