Senior Field Service Technician
WET (Design) / WET Legacy
Travel ~50% | Electrical + Controls Focus
What We Do
At WET (Design), we create projects that transform the way people experience nature's elements. Our work is multi-sensory and large scale, redefining how people connect with water, light, sound, and each other. From The Fountains of Bellagio to The Dubai Fountain, our teams design, build, and support some of the world's most iconic water features.
WET Legacy is the technical service arm that keeps these features alive-commissioning, programming, maintaining, and upgrading complex systems around the world.
How You Can Add
WET is a great environment for people who are talented, inquisitive, passionate, driven, team oriented, and relentless problem solvers. If you take ownership, move with urgency, and don't give up until the system is working the way it should, you'll feel at home here.
We're now raising the bar on our field service team and looking for Senior Field Service Engineers with strong electrical and controls foundations who also enjoy getting hands on with mechanical and plumbing systems.

Identify potential upgrade / retrofit opportunities while onsite and communicate them internally
Coordinate and supervise removal, replacement, or retrofit of equipment at customer sites
Represent WET professionally, keeping the client informed on arrival, progress, and close out each day

Valid driver's license and ability to travel by air regularly (domestic and occasionally international)
Comfortable working independently on customer sites with minimal supervision
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and work in a variety of weather and site conditions
Desired Skills & Experience Formal apprenticeship, technical qualification, or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or similar is required
Previous experience in one or more of: Industrial electrical / electronic field service
Mechanical systems, pumps, valves, and plumbing related to process or water systems

Clear and confident communication with both technical and non technical stakeholders
Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Good time management and ability to work to targets and deadlines
A passion for technology and a desire to keep learning new platforms, tools, and systems
Why This Role Matters
Our features are living systems-part show, part infrastructure, part art. The reliability, safety, and performance of those systems depend on the people who understand them deeply and can keep them running in the real world. As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you'll see the direct impact of your work every time a feature comes to life in front of a crowd.
If you're a senior technician or engineer who wants serious field responsibility, cutting edge electrical and controls work, and the chance to see the world while working on unique, large scale kinetic water features, we'd love to talk.
