Texas Bar admission is required for consideration. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience handling family law cases in Texas. Possession of a valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile insurance is essential. Proficiency in tracking billable hours efficiently and utilizing technology is expected. Strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure are key qualities sought in the ideal candidate. Attention to detail, reliability, and dependability are crucial for this position. Problem-solving skills and a dedication to achieving results are highly valued. Previous management experience or similar leadership roles are preferred. A reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment are necessary for this role.
