About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel and Associate Attorney with a focus on labor and employment law. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that handles a wide range of complex and high-stakes litigation, as well as providing legal advice. The role involves advising employers and defending claims in various legal settings, including trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in labor and employment, class, and complex matters, with experience in single plaintiff cases and/or advice and counsel. A minimum of 2-15 years of experience in these areas is required, and candidates must be licensed to practice law in California.
