About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel and Associate Attorney with a focus on labor and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a background in handling a wide range of complex, high-stakes litigation, as well as providing legal advice in this field. The role involves advising employers and defending claims in various legal settings, including trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. The company values a strong internal development culture and is particularly interested in candidates with 2-15 years of experience in labor and employment, class, and complex matters, including single plaintiff and/or advice and counsel.

Candidates for this position should be licensed to practice in California and have the ability to work a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of 1 day per week on-site in either LA or SF. The company is also open to 100% remote candidates. The successful candidate will be expected to meet a billable requirement of 1600 hours.
