Ask your interviewer for details. *Not available in AR. Responsibilities: Perform daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring cleanliness in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices. Follow established procedures and safety guidelines for cleaning and sanitation. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor. Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to provide a sanitary environment. Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, offering exceptional customer service. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not mandatory. Exhibit a positive attitude and effective communication with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required. Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods. Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously. Comfortable working around cleaning products. Capability to follow both oral and written instructions in daily tasks. Residency within the service area is required. Ready to Join Us?
