Responsibilities: Manage assigned cases Handle cases from inception to conclusion Take and defend depositions Make court appearances Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery Qualifications: Pre-trial and/or trial experience Strong research and writing skills 4+ years of litigation experience Licensed to practice and in good standing in New Jersey.
