The Senior Associate Product Management for the team will manage requirements gathering, creative solutioning to maximize customer value. This is a critical part of a major technical transformation that has impact across all of Capital One. As a consumer core product manager, you will work with internal application and platform teams, as well as business and compliance stakeholders to unpack the needs of the entire customer journey, develop a roadmap, and break down work into actionable steps. We are looking for someone who embraces complex problems, is motivated to solve unknowns, and is ready to lead teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital product

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management

New York, NY: $118,900 - $135,700 for Sr. Associate, Product Management

Philadelphia, PA: $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Associate, Product Management

Wilmington, DE: $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Associate, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the can.
